Please RSVP by November 5th. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, we will assume you will not be able to make it.

Only guests formally listed on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP as well.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding.

Our wedding will be formal. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie. Ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or a formal cocktail dress. The ceremony will be partially on grass (see photo above), and the rest of the venue has paved walkways.

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Hummingbird House in Manchaca, Texas.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to enjoy the beautiful venue and find your seat. Once the ceremony starts, late arrivals will be asked to wait until it has concluded.

The ceremony will be outdoors; if it rains, we’ll move to the greenhouse. The reception will be in a climate-controlled tent.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so please put your phones away. A professional photographer will capture these special moments for us. Other than the ceremony, yes, feel free to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception!

Yes, Hummingbird House provides complimentary on-site parking for guests.

Yes! Drinks are on Shadow and Kaya! Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available throughout the evening.

We have room blocks at Element by Marriott Austin Downtown from Friday, December 4, 2026 to Sunday, December 6, 2026. Please book through the linked website under the Travel page to secure the best rate. If you’d prefer a different hotel, Austin has many options—consider South Austin, Downtown, or Zilker for convenient access to the venue.

We will be providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will depart from our Downtown Austin hotel at 3 PM, and the returning shuttle will leave the venue at 10 PM. Due to limited seating, please indicate your shuttle needs when you RSVP.
